Shipping and logistics for online sellers India

Shiprocket Review India 2026: Is It the Best Shipping Platform for Online Sellers?

Shiprocket is India’s most widely used shipping aggregator for ecommerce sellers. Instead of signing up with each courier separately, Shiprocket gives you access to 25+ courier partners from a single dashboard, automatically selects the cheapest or fastest option for each order, and handles tracking, NDR management, and returns in one place.

This review covers how it works, what it costs, where it falls short, and whether it is the right fit for your business in 2026.

How Shiprocket Works

You connect your store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Meesho, Amazon, or manual orders) to Shiprocket. When an order comes in, Shiprocket shows you available courier options with estimated delivery dates and rates. You pick one, generate the shipping label, and schedule a pickup. The courier partner comes to your address, and you can track the shipment live from the Shiprocket dashboard.

For sellers with high volume, Shiprocket’s auto-allocation feature assigns the best courier automatically based on rules you set, like lowest cost or fastest delivery for a specific pincode zone.

Courier Partners on Shiprocket

Shiprocket works with Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, XpressBees, DTDC, Amazon Shipping, and 20+ others. Not all partners are available on all plans. BlueDart, which is better for high-value shipments, is available mainly on higher plans.

What Works Well

Single dashboard for everything. Tracking, NDR follow-ups, return management, and weight dispute resolution all happen in one place. Sellers who previously managed 3 to 4 courier accounts separately save significant time.

COD remittance. Cash on delivery payments are remitted to your bank account on a regular cycle. Shiprocket shows you the remittance schedule and tracks pending amounts clearly.

Pincode serviceability check. Before listing on a marketplace or taking an order, you can check if a pincode is serviceable by the available couriers. This prevents failed pickups.

Where Shiprocket Falls Short

Weight disputes are common. Couriers sometimes charge extra if their weight measurement differs from what you entered. Shiprocket has a dispute resolution process but it can take 10 to 15 days to resolve and does not always go in the seller’s favour.

Customer support response time. Sellers on the free Lite plan report slow support response times. Priority support is only available on paid plans.

Rate fluctuation. Shiprocket rates are not always fixed. Fuel surcharges and peak season increases can push rates up without much advance notice.

Is Shiprocket Worth It in 2026?

For sellers processing 20 to 500 orders a month, Shiprocket’s paid plans offer a good balance of rate, coverage, and tools. The free Lite plan works to get started but lacks priority support and better rates.

If you are on Meesho or Amazon where the marketplace handles shipping, you do not need Shiprocket. It is most valuable for sellers running their own Shopify or WooCommerce store, or selling on multiple channels simultaneously.
